I had a great time at this resort. The rooms were clean and perfect for my stay, and there were so many different activities and places to visit within the resort. I even had the pleasure of seeing iguanas walking around. The only downside was that the rooms were pool view and not beach/ocean view.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were average, and the housecleaning was okay, with fast cleaning that left water marks on tables and bureaus, but the dust on headboards was minimal. On the bright side, there were plenty of activities and places to explore within the resort, and I even had the company of iguanas wandering around. The location in the Colonial section, Guanajuato building, Room 6436, was convenient as it was close to the theatre.

The hotel was a nice size and pretty much exactly what I expected from a standard room. The service was amazing, with helpful and knowledgeable staff always ready to assist. The location is stunning and well kept, especially for those into snorkeling. The dining offered a great selection, dominated by Mexican influence. The facilities were modern and convenient, making for a pleasant stay overall.
